Hi, my name is Kamryn. I have a candy crush account on my phone that i play off of but it's attached to my old email that i no longer have access to. When i try to log into my game on my work computer i cannot access it because i do not know my password and i cannot reset password by email cause i cannot access my email account. is there anyway you could help figure out a way for me to update my email to a new one so i could succesfully change my password?

@kamrynalivia Hi and welcome, You would need to contact customer support to see if they can help you with your updating your email so you can reset the password. It may be you will need to create a new account though and then get customer support to manually restore the levels
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game,
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Problems with game - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
