I was told to update Candy Crush Soda on my Tablet to try to solve my problem of not progressing level after passing it. How do I update it?

The easiest way is to start the app called Google Play - from here you'll have an overview of your apps and it should automatically show any apps that needs to be updated to the latest version.

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
