I have no "presents" anymore

Everyone I know that plays this game is able to receive "presents" after passing a certain amount of levels. Mine have been missing for a long time. I deleted the game and reinstalled it and the "presents" came back. Until the first time I was out of lives and closed the app. When I reopened it, the "presents" were gone and I realized by deleting and redownloading the game it had reset my daily bonus and taken away all my boosts. The ONLY thing the game actually remembered correctly was that I only had one gold bar. LOL. Please help!

Keep in mind that some of the special event's don't always get rolled out to everyone every time so could be that you weren't selected. What are you connecting to, Facebook or Kingdom? You have to be connected to one in order to have access to the events so it could be worth troubleshooting your connection if not: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/lost-your-connection-to-facebook-ios

I've got a good connection. I get messages from friends and everything. I guess the game just doesn't want me to have extra presents. I'm on level 900something so maybe they think I don't need it, because I also never get a chance at the crown anymore.  Oh well. Thanks anyway.

Ashb123 did you ever get your presents back?  If so, how??  Mine disappeared too now   I am fairly certain this is a standard thing everyone gets, so not sure what the moderator is talking about.
