Is it possible for the game to stuck for some reason on my progress and not updating?
Currently i am at level 1269, for some reason the progress on level 1266 is not counted in. I had achieved a score around 84k in score 1266 but for some reason is not registered. How is that possible i used 10 helps to pass that level and now my progress is not registered. And if i did not pass that level how could possible had passed the next 2. Can you assist me please?

Could you share a screenshot of the saga map in that case? Does it show 1266 and the levels you've completed after that with stars on or not?

Ah ok, it's just loading you on a previously completed level that's all, the progress you've made from that level is still being registered. A moderator has already stated that this has been picked up and a update should be rolled out shortly.

The thing is that my score and stars for this level have not been registered. Due to that every tourney ("it's fishing time ) counts the new levels with one point for every fish instead of 10, and the box rewards are not opening. As you can see in the picture it is visible. Anyway already opened a ticket with support but many days have passed.
