Not getting credit for fish in fishing tournament

Played round 1751 & 1752 and earned 195 fish total. When I played 1753 & 1754, all the fish I earned did not add to my total. Now I'm going to drop in division because I haven't earned enough. Defeats the purpose of playing if the game is trying to keep me down. What can you do to fix?

Why I can't edit my profile?
I returned playing the game after some while, but I've noticed that I can't edit my profile. Not sure why it shows United Kingdom either. I was in Israel when I've installed the game, now I'm in India. It looks like this:

Ads are freezing and having to close app each time
Whenever I choose to watch ads for a bonus or extra lives etc, the ads have started to freeze. It’s the ad for teaching or education or something. It’s so annoying. I’m losing levels because of it and happened about 6-10 times in the last hour I have been playing. What is causing this?
