Sync Problems Across Devices

Starting last week on Friday, my devices (iPhone, Android, & PC) would not sync.  I usually play on my iPhone and then the other devices sync.  I am at level 1840 but all of my Android devices and the PC are at 1825.  This morning there was an update to CCSA and I thought it would resolve this but it did not.  I have tried pretty much all the suggestions on the Wiki and nothing works as far as getting all my devices in sync.  Now Facebook says it is you guys and I hope you don't blame Facebook without some kind of helpful suggestion. Please let me know how I can get my devices in sync.

I've downloaded Candy crush sofa saga to my new Firefox tablet but it hasn't synced with my Samsung Android phone
