Issue restore an account

Hi,

 

After a PC reset (a Microsoft Surface), I cannot login and restore my levels (close to 400) on Candy Crush Saga. The app says no account found for email. I have tried password reset in vain.

 

Please assist in restoring account and thanks for creating such an addicting game.
