I don't know the answer either but it happened to me twice in the past week too.

I've had it happen four times! Somebody please fix this problem. I'm on level 719.

I am STILL having the same problem. I email support and they credited me 30 gold bars and told me i needed to make sure I had gold bars available before i started a level because purchasing them during them can cause a glitch. what the what!Still no fix! I responded and told them I had gold bars and went to purchase lollipops with the gold bars i had and the game rebooted!! sooooo frustrating.....i'll try emailing again. we need to blow up social media!

Twice in the last two days I've been given 12 extra gold bars for purchasing gold bars and when I go to use them, they're not there. What is happening here? I'm tempted to erase the game from my computer and stop altogether

@Katdean1155 Hi and welcome. please check you game is up to date and log out and restart your device, then log back in and see if this solves your issue. Also if playing via an internet browser also clear your browser cache.

Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this
