    Hi Nathan,

    I'm sorry for all of this. I've compensated you as an apology for the troubles. That said, the fact that your problem is recurrent is unusual. In these cases, I'm afraid that you need to fully reinstall our game. Make sure to be connected to the kingdom or facebook so that you don't lose your progress and try to deinstall and then install Candy Crush Soda Saga.

    Same thing has happened to me 3 times.  I always know how many bars I have.  Also, the formula changed dramatically a few weeks back.  Used to be if you sat on the throne for 10 to 20 min you could rack up the bars, now you might get 1 or 2.

    Gah, I hate it when they change things like that. We need those bars sometimes! I wonder if its connected to the changes?

    And it happened again. Beat bubble gum hill and was on top of the hill for 15 minutes when the game ended. No gold. I have screenshots to prove, just can't seem to paste them here via the phone.

    You should be able to add them via the 3 icons just above the answer box. You want the middle one. If you cannot see those, turn your phone so its landscape not portrait. Mine always goes wappy on the king site, tablets fine, just not the phone grrr.

    Oh KC on mobile is abysmal. I try not to use it if I can. Messages are even worse, sometimes you can only see half a  message before the bottom of the screen shows. They need to make the new site more mobile and player friendly.
