Level 1016 "So Close" is too far away.

You have a new little ninja who pops in at the end of a game that says "So close".  Actually, the bear is no where near the candy string.  Even when the bear is near the string I would still need 20 moves or more to finish the level.  In other words, I am no where "close" to winning.  It's really annoying to have him pop up every single time when I am not close at all.  Please adjust your algorithm.
