Still having issues with game not recognizing what level I am on.

I asked months ago about issue with game not recognizing levels I have completed.  It shows me as being on 1565 yet I have completed level 1828.  I have not received all the treasures available at all levels between and now after last update on my amazon fire tablet, it will not let me jump to the correct level on the progress button as it did before.  I am having different problems when trying to play through Facebook on my desktop computer, but I just gave up on that and only play mobile now.
