    Hi @kittemom, you hooked up to an old message so it's not always easy to know that someone new wrote a message.  Are you sure that you are referring to Candy Crush Soda Saga because there is no wheel for that game.  Candy Crush Saga has a daily spinning wheel.  Yet you wrote about the Bubblegum troll not working.  Do you still need help with any of these issues?

    Hi @muddy, which device are you playing on and have you made sure the game app is up to date?

    If yes and the issue persists, try reinstalling the game as it usually fixes most issues (please note that any progress on the mobile device that has not been synchronized with Facebook/King account at this stage will be lost.

    However, all the progress that is currently saved on Facebook/King account can easily be retrieved, once you have reconnected the device successfully). 

    Regrettably, you will lose any saved boosters and messages. I would recommend using these up before re-installing, if possible.

    Original on my samsung  tablet. Because of this problem i did installed the game on my (new) desktop HP and used the apps from windows10 store but the problem is here too. I update automatic when there is an update available. Sync is OK checked it. And yes all my boosters are already lost because I already re-installed the game. Nothing helps.It wouldn't be a big problem if there were other options to get boosters without paying

    Master 100_d has the same problem with the Bubblegum-troll but his problem is in French. Gtz

    Same problem since a few weeks, on tablet and phone (game in dutch). Thx for fixing this soon...
