Levels deleted after user agreement update

Level 1

After agreeing to the new user agreement, all my progress was deleted. I was around level 850 and now back to level 1! I don’t believe I was logged in, does this mean all my progress has been lost?? D:

    Elsa hello,

    I am having problems with the constant message saying I'm not connected. I haven't received any of my prizes and I've tried many things to get it to advance. I was thinking about agreeing to the terms to see if that would help but not after reading Boh10's comments. I'm beginning to wonder why I'm playing this game. Nothing ever works like it's supposed to.
