I am not on Bubblegum Hill.....I am on Chilly Chimineys on Candy Crush Saga not Soda....when I lose a game it takes me to a screen that looks like a bubblegum machine....it shouldn't take me there unless I have collected the right amount of candies that have a "c" on them....anyway...the game freezes on that screen and I have to exit out and go back in but I lose all progress.....this should be a simple fix as it has never happened before....please direct this to the correct person!!!0

I went through bgh one time today. I won and it hasn’t shown me dethroned and I have gotten no gold bars. It’s been over two hours. It shows the same past rulers too. I had planned on purchasing the package for $19 today so I had all the boosters for 24 hours. So glad I didn’t0

It seems that I have the same thing. Won the throne more than an hour ago, not dethroned, no gold bars.1

I was just dethroned 5 hours later. I got 47 gold bars. Not too mad😊4

I have tried everything!!!!! My game still freezes after I lose and it goes to that screen that you need to collect the special candies marked with a "c"....it should only go there if you collect enough of the candies....well....then it freezes and I have to leave the game and start over....no progress in game....this has been going on for weeks!!!!....there is nothing in FAQ's about this problem....HELP!!!0
