I will ask that this post be moved to the Candy Crush Soda Community . In the mean time did you try the troubleshooting from the Support FAQs? What is the device you are trying to log in on and how is it failing?

Hi @janetlynn, since today is now 12/20 have you been able to get back into the game to play?  Unfortunately, if you are referring to the daily bonus when you mention over 600, that can't be readjusted.  On my phone, it never goes past day 1 so I am just fortunate that i am getting a free reward daily.  Sometimes for no reason it could go back to day 1 so there is no way that the studio can reset your daily bonus.

Also, the studio is looking for feedback on your experience when you run out of moves, so can you all please head on over to this link and if you find that it is affecting your game, can you please respond?
