twice now I have used special candies that I have earned and the gummy bears fall and just sit on the first half of the level and it NEVER advances. Lately you have screwed me and others with no reimbursement  or anything to encourage us that you care and that we should continue playing . I can promise at this point I won’t spend a dollar and am close to deleted all King games with these glitches and errors . Please remedy these errors as I do love these game, but hate being ignored and losing things constantly to your errors!

Hi @metzer3, I promise you that you are not being ignored because I just read your entire message.  What reimbursement were you looking for?  Have you seen the new event "Mr. Tiffi's Fair" in your game yet?  The studio is hard at work trying to create new levels and working on new events such as this.  You can read about that here:  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-soda-saga/discussion/252010/new-feature-mr-toffees-fair

Yes the game can be frustrating!  Yes I can empathize with your frustration.  But keep checking back in the community for new events and contests that come out.
