Purchased Gold Bars

I recently had to replace my iPhone due to an issue with Apple. I am now using a loaner phone and should have my replacement in about a week. My issue is, neither my levels OR my purchased gold bars/boosters made the transfer when I downloaded the Candy Crush Soda App from the cloud?? How do I get those purchased items back, and my levels restored?

Hi @ms4923 and welcome to our friendly community!! Did you have your game synced to either your Kingdom or FB problem? These are the two avenues to save progress.
Please note that purchased gold bars should be stored on your account but boosters are stored remotely on the device you play via. If you had to change phones unfortunately those boosters are most likely unable to be recovered.

** Choose the option of "Did you receive the Purchase but you could not use it". Then click on "here" in green where it said "Contact us here and tell us what went wrong exactly and we will help you out". The issue in your game will be resolved soon
And just a heads-up!! I would recommend you to create a Kingdom account and sync it with your Facebook account, so that you won't loose your level progress in future. Usually, when both these accounts are synced, it is very rare such incidents to occur Hope this made sense!!
