“No Internet” Candy Crush Soda Saga

Since update before last, Soda Crush is giving me a “No Internet” error although I’m on Wi Fi or cellular almost all the time. I sync via an email account, which I can’t log in to not through Facebook. iOS is up to date. Soda Crush is up to date. Have not changed any settings. Game is not syncing across devices. On level 1542 on mobile. Says 1538 on other devices. Afraid to uninstall as it won’t remember my last level.

    As am I.
    i deleted and reinstalled game but it won’t reloaded my saved levels...which has been saved via king.
    back to level 1????

    I've the same issue.
    Please make a new update to solve this problem!
    I do'nt want to loose everything!

    I play with the windows 10 app on my PC out of Microsoft store en its freeze, it says now internet.
    I can play levels, it's store up but i can't see live items, links, gifts or my avatar.
    The app says everything will be seen and saved when you're have logged in on the internet.
    When i logg in on IE, also on my PC, with my King account, there is everything to see,
    but the app is farther then when i logged in.

    Hi @SodaCrushNYC and @heidi123 are you still having problems with the game?  They are going to ask you to do some troubleshooting so let's try that now.  First clear the history and make sure that you have the most recent version of the game.  Then click on one of the links below to complete the troubleshooting.

    What I would like to suggest to you is that you uninstall the game app and reinstall it again.  You shouldn't lose your boosters but to be sure of that do a print screen of the boosters that you have and then do the uinstall/reinstall.  I did it once on my Windows 10 through my desktop computer and didn't lose anything.

    Hello Elsa,

    Thank you for your answer.
    I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game earlyer and it's up and running again.
    I lost a few boosters from 2 levels but that doesn't matter!
    I was afraight that i lost allmost 3000 levels!
