No Daily calendar bonus

Hi, I have the latest update for candy crush 23rd April 2019 version 1.149.0 and I’m not getting the daily bonus where if you play every day for so many days you get the jackpot bonus.... I don’t feel like playing anymore if I’m not going to get this reward.

@madlyaddicted, I am going to share something with you that I have noticed in the past few months.  Whenever a player complains about a level, or like in your situation you lost the daily reward, no sooner is it expressed that suddenly things work out!  I noticed this with a lot of levels that players say that they can't do it, etc, etc, etc.  Then a few hours later they write back saying that they cleared it.  It sure sounds like your situation turned out to be the same.  I am very happy that it's back for you!  Thanks for letting us know!  Have the most wonderful crushing day today!

Thank you. I don't really understand it though. I play on an iPhone which runs on safari (an App).

Oh I didn't know that you were on a mobile device?  Are you referring to this daily bonus?  I'm not sure what you mean by jackpot bonus?  The only jackpot bonus that I can think of is for Candy Crush Saga and that's the daily spinning wheel.  Please confirm which game you are asking this for?

Yes it’s Candy Crush Saga but it looked different to your picture.. On Day 1 you would get a rainbow booster, Day 2 something else etc until Day 7 of playing each day and you won 3 things I believe

You should be getting it daily because I think everyone gets it.  Clear out the history on your phone and make sure that you have the latest version of the game.  Are you playing through Facebook or the Kingdom?  If it's Facebook then you can uninstall their app and reinstall it again.  Just do NOT uninstall your game from your phone because you will lose all lives and boosters.  Also follow the steps on here:  https://community.king.com/en/blog/discussion/246638/is-your-game-crashing-on-an-ios-device

I’ve cleared the history and restarted my phone and still can’t get it. I’m not sure if I play through Facebook or the kingdom because I just open the App and play....I’ve got the latest version.

When you have the game opened up, click on the pink button.  You might have to click it a second time to get the green button to show up.  Click on the green button and when the pop up comes up that should be for Facebook.  Scroll down to the bottom to see if it's asking you to log in or out.  You can also check if you are connected to the Kingdom by clicking on the King logo gold button.  It will pop up asking you to log in if you aren't.  I think you have to be playing through either one to get the rewards and events.
