Why is it that I kicked the tiles in Mr. Toffee fair and I haven't received my awards ?

I have kicked 4 tiles by myself and almost kicking another 4 on the same board. This is the second time this has happened and the first time I kicked 8 in one board when it finally did give me a prize after days smh it only awarded1
