Missing Gold Bars

Hi 

i signed up today day to see if I can get some help with this issue. 

For the the second time using Soda I have lost gold bars. Today I lost 48, before that I was in the 70’s. 

I don’t use them much so I know how many I have. This bug is really irritating. 
I’ve restarted a few times. Still says zero. UPDATE: just restarted a 5th time and now it says I have 36. 

Im gonna search the forum for answers but if anyone on staff can help holla.

    I had something like 200 gold bars. Logged in today and I have zero. Very unhappy!

    Hi @BigSteveLDN, no need to search the community because I can offer you help.  You should never lose your gold bars.  What I am going to ask you to do is to get your user ID # by following the steps on here:

    Once you have your number, please let me know.  You do not have to post the number here but you need to have it on hand.  I will then tag the community manager who can go into your account to find out what happened to your gold bars.

    @saradha, did you purchase something and you didn't get the items?  I will have to redirect you because we cannot respond to purchases in this community.  As payment issues involve sensitive data and require personalized support we do not support these queries in the community.
