I keep looking my gold bars ive had over 20 this is getting ridiculous..... You took away things fir us to earn other stuff like our lolly pops switches I want my gold bars back !!!!!0

Hi guys!
We've figured out what the issue is and why you can't see your Gold bars and Boosters.
You might have been playing the game using a guest Kingdom account which means you have't connected your game using a personal email address.
Once the game prompts you to connect the game, you add an email but, when you do this, it creates a new account. It will transfer game progress but not the items you have saved.
I will be happy to have a look at your game records to provide insights and transfer the items to the new account and in order for me to do this, I will need your Game ID so I can locate your game records.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience while we correct this, (but remember you need to provide me the Game ID 😉).

According to our system, you should have 58 Gold bars available in your game, is this not showing? I noticed you're playing on Apple device so can you try the following on the device to make sure the app is properly connected?- Disconnect the game from Facebook (if connected).
- Reinstall Facebook app if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (super important)
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook so your progress can sync.
