How do I access "Play" screen after sign-on?

I've signed on and cannot access the "Play" screen.  I recently lost all my levels and after setting up a new sign-on (Maudie1234) I was told my 619 Level was restored.  I logged on under the sign-on but cannot get access to the "Play" screen, only the Community stuff.
