Hello @agoldstein49 and welcome to our great community. As long as you have been playing via either Facebook or King.com, you just need to load the app on the new computer and then proceed to log in either via FB or King.Com and you should be able to continue playing at the same level you were at on your previous PC.
If you have never played via either of those - once you load the game you should register via one of those two options so your progress and gold bars will be saved. Unfortunately boosters and lives are only stored locally on your device - so you will most likely lose them when transferring from one device to another. -
