I have been playing this level for a while now and have won it several times, however at the end I keep getting an error message "Sorry you have experienced a technical error. Please try again." This keeps happening over and over and over not only on this level, but several before it. Usually I can eventually get it to move on, but this one is not working. I have already deleted the cookies for this game and all I got was my saved up lives deleted. Any advice??

    Hi @suzy17 and welcome to our Community 😃

    So I assume you play on Facebook, do you happen to have Windows 10 installed on your PC? I understand that you have tried clearing the cache of your browser and have you tried switching to another one? 

    You can download them from the following links:

    - https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/desktop/index.html

    - http://www.opera.com/computer


    If this doesn't help, try removing the game from Facebook. 

    First of all don’t worry as this process will not delete your progress. As soon as you reinstall the game you will be back on the same level as before.


    In order to delete the game from Facebook please follow these steps: 

    Go to “Settings => Apps” and press the “x” next to the game app.

    Now clear the cache for your computer: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser's-Cache.

    You can now restart your PC and add the game back to your Facebook account.

    Are you seeing this error message?  It's a Facebook glitch and the studio is aware of it.  We have to wait for Facebook to resolve this.  Can you play through the Kingdom instead?  You can play on king.com or on mobile device you can create a Kingdom account.  If you need to create an account you can follow the steps here.  https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/250549/superstar-information-post-creating-a-kingdom-account-browser-with-images/p1?new=1
