I was on level 1888 now I’m on level 1 after changing my password on Facebook. This is only on my phone

Please fill in all the blank spaces and make sure you are choosing the correct topic (Problems with my game) and subtopic ( Game didn't save). Once you fill it in you will receive an automated email message. You need to reply to that message and explain your issue in order for the team to reach you. If you don't reply to it, they won't reach you at all.

Yes I’ve tried logging in and out a few times to no avail, I tried resetting my phone, that didn’t work either
