Please help! All progress lost!!

So my game froze and I couldn’t get it to go again so left it overnight. Today it’s started up but I’m back at level 1! I was on 2070-ish... I don’t have Facebook so I’ve not logged on that way, I just play on my iPhone (which was just updated to 13.1.2). I’ve purchased gold bars and deals over the months I’ve been playing. Is there anything I can do? Not really keen (or fair) to have lost everything.

No I don’t think so as I never did anything that I can remember, just downloaded the app and started playing.

Thank you for your help. My user ID is 10953501704. Not sure if this matters or not but before this all happened, I had a different picture/avatar. I also now have 50 gold bars which I didn’t have before. It’s like my old game was wiped and I’ve started fresh with a whole new “account”.
