Lost all progess

I was passed level 2500 and this morning I am reset back to level 1. Is there any way to fix this?

If you have played the game connected to a Facebook or a King account, you should be able to sync your game back. 

Which device are you playing on @noellemcmorris?

You should be able to find support for the issue you are having here, just select the device you are playing on and follow the steps.
