It was suggested that i reset the game and save my progress by going to another platform to do this. I only play on facebook so I am not sure how to log on to another site with the same game to save progress. Can anyone help with this?

I am not sure what problem you are having with your game, but you can sync your Facebook progress with the Kingdom by logging onto your account through King.com.
