Queenb that isn’t helpful sadly because those instructions relate to blocked people, not apps

@Jim_Coyle could you try the following on your iPad:
- Disconnect the game from Facebook/King account (if connected).
- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.
- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (Super Important).
- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook/King account so your progress can sync.

I have a mobile Android. Since I've updated my game on the play store app, it won't let me login

And I've update Facebook, tried EVERYTHING...... IS THERE maybe a connection problem to the game itself??

Let's try to understand what's going on🙂
Please try troubleshooting steps and let me know if they help or not:
- check for Soda and device updates
- check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
- provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
- you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times
*on Android device, visit "settings" - "apps"- "candy crush soda saga"- "storage" - "clear cache". Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
