The game will load and allow me to get to the marker for the stage I am on, but the game will not load beyond that. I am on stage 1203. Can this be fixed ?

I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game! I am seeing few more similar complaints from past couple of days!
I need few details to escalate this issue to our Soda In-charge team....
1) Which device are you using to play the game?
2) If you are using a Mobile device, what version do you have;
3) If you are using a PC, what browser are you using?
4) Did you try any "Basic Trouble shooting" Steps?

Using my PC with FireFox. Tried everything I could find.
I am having and have been having this same issue
PC, FireFox and thru Facebook
My level is 453
So the game is just stuck, is that what you guys are experiencing? @TPluff @Mazdog215
To confirm, have you tried a different browser, cleared the cache? If you happen to have access to Windows 10, could you try the App instead? You can download it from here.
Remember to connect the game app to Facebook or King account so your progress can sync and note that Boosters and lives do not get synced.

I have done all that you have suggested. Still no go.
I have seen a lot of people experiencing this same problem, was there an update done not to long ago you guys could look at, like maybe two to three weeks ago. I played about everyday for the last couple years and then all of a sudden BAM it stopped working.
To be clear we are talkling Candy Crush Soda. I still p[lay Candy Crush Saga with no issues at all

Here you go...it doesn't freeze, it just stop loading.
The sun still "flickers" and the screen still is animated, but it won't load passed this part

This has been passed on to the studio so they will continue with their investigation. It looks like you have access to Windows 10 on your PC.
While this issue is being looked at, do you mind giving the Windows 10 a try and see if that works better for you? You can download it from here.
@ktgiants, have you by any chance tried reinstalling the game app?
It usually fixes most issues (please note that any progress on the mobile device that has not been synchronized with Facebook/Kingdom at this stage will be lost).
However, all the progress that is currently saved on Facebook/Kingdom can easily be retrieved, once you have reconnected the device successfully. Please note: You will lose any saved boosters and messages. Player Support is only able to replenish purchased items.
Another +1 here, same problem appeared 2 weeks ago. dont have a problem with farm heroes
I have tried all of those things a number of times and none of them work. Even if I miss a day of opening the game, it doesn't set me back to day 1 of the streak either.
Did we just give up on this issue?
