My game moved me back to level 16. How do I get back to the level I was on?

I was way up in the game and now it won’t let me get back there on the board?

You may have such problems due to a few Reasons.

• After Level 16, your game did not sync with the server and when you reinstalled the app, your level returned to Level 16.
• Perhaps your game is logged in with another Facebook.
• The renewal of your game may be over, check the renewal HERE.
