    In the community, we can’t handle buying issues


    To get help directly from the game: Go to the settings gearwheel in the game, then tap on the question mark. You'll be directed to the help center. There you look for your problem and follow the steps. If you cannot find the issue or the provided steps don't solve it, then scroll to the bottom of the same help center page and tap on 'Contact us': There you come to the contact form. Please fill in in your language. Please note that everything is spelled correctly (that is important): and send it. You will then receive an automatic email. Please answer to it and describe your request. Submit. And have some patience for the answer. If you don't get an answer after 3 days, please try again.

     If you play on an app, please go to Settings - App - Store - Deatials and there is an email address. Write the email there and explain your problem with the data. You will then receive an automatic email and do everything again. And send it. Good luck

    Hello @glibusic Hearty Welcome to our friendly King Community 🤗

    I am sorry to hear that you have not received the complete package of the items that you have purchased! I have noticed other players saying that their items have appeared after few minutes OR sometimes, it took couple of hours! I think it could be because of server errors and/or weaker internet connection that causes it!!

    If you do not see your even after an hour, you can try to force close the App --> Disconnect from Internet --> Clear cache/cookies --> Restart your device after shutting it down for few minutes and log back into the game --> Check if all your purchased package items appear in your game! Sometimes, you might have to do this for couple of times!

    If nothing works, then you can contact the "Player Support Team" through this link ---> https://soporto.king.com/contact

    OR directly from your game through "Settings" (Gear Wheel) icon as my friend @Spinnifix suggested above.


    After sending the complaint, you will be receiving an automated email as acknowledgement.  If you have not heard from them within 3 days, send a reply to that automated email you have received.
