Hi, up until a few days ago I was on levels over 3100+ but now down under 2800 not sure why

As @stan1981 says, it's possible that you've been playing offline for a certain period of time. I can check it if you give me your player ID. You can see how to find it here.

That is weird ... down to 2800? Not lvl 1, reset?

restart ur phone and check u on latest updates ... and try again ... if still lvl 2800, perhaps u r playing offline from lvl 2800 to lvl 3100?

how many days u take from lvl 2800 to lvl 3100?
