I finished level 4705 and it says there are more levels but all I see is a paint bucket and brush. It won’t load any more levels.

U r just too strong ... u have to wait for new lvls released... usually every 2 weeks ... but due to this covid19 situation, do give them more time ... congrats

Welcome to the Community @ctqueen Are you playing on a mobile device? If so, than you have reached the latest levels, and you have to wait for new ones, usually every week Friday. The paint can means new levels aren’t there yet. I have to wait too 😊.
