no internet connection

Since the update 2 days ago I get the message that I have no internet connection, but my connection itself works fine.

I cannot login to my king account from the app because it thinks there is no internet connection, that means I can't see until whrn my progress is stored. Therefore I don't want to reinstall the app to see if that solves my issue... I play on IOS. Do you have a solution?

Hi, thanks for your quick response. I already found that post, but it states that I have to remove my account but because there is no internet connection from the app, I cannot log on to my king account and see my progress. That means that I run the risk after reinstall of the app, a lot of my progress is lost. So I hope there is a solution without deleting the app.

If your game is saved on Facebook or Kingdom, you will get back the progress after app reinstall.

However you will lose the stored boosters.
