Gold bars

I had 12 gold bars yesterday I had one jam square to get so figured I would just use ten to get me past the level as I've been on it for ages, I pressed the get 5 extra turns for 10 gold bars but when I did the game wouldnt connect and it closed so u lost my 10 gold bars plus my 5 extra moves, any way I could get my gold bars back

Please close your game and update it and clear the cache and restart. You can also continue to play normally and then they can be there. Sometimes it's a time delay.
