    Thanks Becky, I've cleared the cache again and mine is now working too, I guess the support team must have sorted the problem

    For about a week the game has been ummm? well if I play a round and fail the next page loads, as in a new game but I cant play because the whole screen is darkened and I cant play nor can I transition into the new screen? Picture provided.

    Even if I click around the page it doesn't engage, Im keep losing lives constantly and load times around terrible I have a very fast PC and Fiber Connection, leaves me puzzled.

    Restart ur PC, check for new update...

    check that u have more than 2GB of memory left

    if u don’t have much boosters, uninstall n install ... but do take note that boosters n extra life will be reset

    Well there is a moment, and then there are days.

    Still won't play.

    It's not just happening to you. I have that too. When I go to load the next screen, it goes dark like that. Nothing works to get it to play and you have to leave and lose a life. Always something going wrong in this game. I am beginning to think it's not accidental.

    Ok. R u playing on a phone device ? Try a phone device and see

    U may need to uninstall and install ... but do take note that booster and extra life will be reset ...

    so try restart ur device and update to latest version first and see ... and make sure u must have more than 2GB of memory left
