Cant sync to my iPad 7th generation

Hello I cant retrieve my progress to my New iPad 7th generation even when I link it to my facebook.

I have it synchronized to my mobile but cant it doesn't sync to my ipad..

PLEASE HELP

Follow the steps below on your iPad.

Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
