IDK. My internet has been upgrade to a faster broadband recently. Hopefully it works out. Thank you for all your help @Sukanta_Biswas.

I get this too, IMO it is not an internet issue, it is a server issue.
E.g. if I try to select a tile on Mr Toffee on a new board, I sometimes get the "not connected" message, but trying again immediately shows that a teammate has chosen that tile. So the message was generated at server level when I should have got a "tile not available, please pick another" message. This one is minor though, it's the longer term issues that are a pain, up to 30 minutes at times when I can't connect or sync PC and mobile progress.
Also, while it says I'm not connected, other things on my PC (Windows 10) and mobile (Android 9) work fine.
