    @georginarule I think you have to keep pressure on them. If they don't respond in timely manner than email them again. I don't see other way. Sorry.

    I have given up now !!!!!

    I have sent six emails since 13th July 2020, five with my invoice attached......... I just get emails back asking for proof of invoice.

    Apple say I am not due a refund. All I want is my purchase so that I can continue to enjoy the only game I play now.

    But I am not going to continue wasting my time.

    Has any one else had this problem ?

    If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.

    When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

    Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
