Lost all gains - game is stuck and can't progress.

First week of May 2020 and I lost all progress, level ~1350. I updated the app and affirmed my user details. The game set me back to Zero, started playing again, after 3 days I'm leading the weekly medal count (59), day 4 the app on Win10 won't load me into level 61, screen has nothing clickable. I kill the app and login again. App says I'm leading the medal race but put me back at level One. I'm on V1.167.200.0. I try again - same vicious circle. How do I get back on track?

U may need to email support or private msg community manager for them to check ur account id... u should be at lvl 1350

Try restart ur device n update to latest version to see ur lvl is restored or not. U sure ur login account id is correct?
