    As you can see their is never any human type to either tell you they fixed your account nor even any questions asked by them.

    It's not read articles that's gonna fix an account problem.... my next reply I am gonna post what I was told to do by Lola and Raffie 2 months ago and exactly what i sent support by email and by king website multiplentimes and get no response.


    I'm sorry I cannot copy and paste for all of yous to see. It seems now when they reply to u with just stuff and articles etc you have already read.... and have talked with helpers here in the forum.... and it states to reply above line at the top....

    Below back in easter it would also include your probs issues or what you needed help with... and reply back and forth like same old emails.

    Looks like they removed what I asked for and my user I'd number etc..... hmmmmmm

    So what's up and going on?? I emailed customer support again today and got the same run around.

    Links to articles and supposably now the leaders and helpers here in the forum and fix and control our accounts as I was told by @Lola_Pop and @LadyRaffie

    That I needed to contact support cuz they cannot edit my account.... they and I have found out that another old email account was linked but they cannot remove it which probably will fix all my issues as well as I no longer have or use Facebook for a year now....

    So who can help and fix this simple issue since us users cannot access and edit that much of our own account information???

    I understand the reason for your dissatisfaction, I support you with everything, but make sure if the community managers are doing their best to make the game a success and eliminate the most number of problems

    It's now.August and still no help and still get the same automated replies from customer support and still no case #... this has been going on since Easter and the start of the pandemic before Easter.


    It's now August!!
