As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐
Did u check if u had it on any of the weekday?

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

@cussimar . I do not know how many times you have asked this question and you repeatedly get the same answer. BGH is still in the game and it is being tested by a small group of players, Until the studio is happy that all the issues have been resolved it will not be released to a bigger playing group as of yet.
So you need to be patient, there is a big thread on this which the CM is keeping updated when she gets news on this. but you have to realize we are the community we are only here to help and advise. Its the game studio that decides what happens within the game and its they who decide when this will be released to a wider playing group
Is BBH ever coming back? I have repeatedly asked for answers and no one is listening. CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE AN UPDATE....if its not coming back just tell us.

Each of these features belongs to the test group and these features are distributed using a Random which cannot be modified.
However you can get this feature in your game at any time as selections are occasionally shaken.☺️

Hello @cussimar You are asking (shouting) the same question over and over again! You get the same answer: we don’t know! The Studio is testing BGH and this means some players get BGH others don’t. Players are randomly picked, so we only can hope we all get BGH back soon! Please stop shouting this same question! Thank you!

@ellen69 right on. In about 4 hours I have 34 hours off. I guess I'll be watching a bunch of impractical jokers episodes ha.
@Gumyupawpaw @renamifsud2 and @jtcard , do you get any error message when you want to send lives or collect rewards? Sometimes it might look as if the game has got a stable connection, but it's not fully connected and some features disappear.
@Tris , I'm sorry to be a bit late, but the answer is "yes, the Bubblegum Hill is on now!". It's also scheduled for next weekend, according to the Studio. 🙂
As you know, @ellen69 and @jtcard , there's always a group of players who don't get the feature- it's possible you two are in that group. You can read more about this HERE. The same goes for you, @headoperations , regarding Kimmy's Arcade. 😅

@Lola_Pop this is messed up and completely unfair of the developers to give it to the same people every week. King continues to disappoint it's loyal players and that's a terrible way to run a business.

Yes I saw the update too BGH is back this weekend BUT some players don’t have / get it 😢. I don’t have it either and also tried logging out and into the game. I guess we, and more players are the unlucky ones....

I understand how you feel, just keep in mind this sort of A/B tests are used in most marketing- oriented companies to find the secret recipe for the best products- in this case games. You can google for them and learn more about the reasons behind them. 😊
