As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

Hi @Ditte If you force an update on Win 10 you’ll probably get the Season event with Bear Brawl. Some others forced the update and got it. Worth a try 😉
@Chakra A four tier cake showed up today. No lolly pieces. It's only there on my phones. Not on Win 10, where I don't have bearbrawl or sodagames either.

Thank you. I look forward to BGH every weekend and was truly disappointed. I hope it returns next week. It’s only been active 2 weekends since quarantine started and I’m an RN and it’s a great stress reliever that’s takes my mind off the horror show at work.

The Soda Studio has decided to give Mr. Bubble Gum King some rest, because it looks like he is very tired and hence, causing all the mischievous trouble to the players by not giving their Lollipops and the unlimited Lives they deserve.

Worst tech team in the world, they screw us week after week
Strange. Every time when things are wonderful for players they disappear. What ive was os gonr. BGJ was the last one. There for every day .for over q year only in the weekends. Some have every day. Therefor the games for extra balls hammers also gone. Mr Toffee for some of us. Others have the old game. Steange. King is in this time not very nice to the players😭

Please close your game and reopen it. You can also play a level and then it could be there again. It is a time delay and it can happen. Please update your game and clear the cache.
