As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐
Did u check if u had it on any of the weekday?

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

BGH worked fine for me.Apart from a couple hours that it didn’t let me play.(. and that I guess is because I had 4 timed boosters, its only fair as I would have undue advantage! )
No complaints at all.. just overjoyed to have BGH back!
Thank you for responding to my inquiry above. Maybe a better way to broadcast this type of "move" (redirecting to a new or a nother thread) would cut down on the blood pressure medications? Also would allow for timelier responses so it doesn't seem that either party is left with the feeling that they are talking to themselves 😉

@Lola_Pop I had not been able to play BGH for three entire months until this weekend. I was so happy to finally have it back!
I think the reason we are all having different amounts of energy removed is because the Studio is testing. Could you please deliver the message that 50 energy is too much, and that 20 energy is much more balanced? The waiting time is more reasonable, and it allows us to try and play 5 times instead of only 2 😁
@lala46 I'm glad that you able to play BGH trouble free for 3 weekends.😊 That is Great! But please don't thank the team just yet. 😅There are things to be fix for some of us. I just don't want them to feel too happy yet.😁😁😁
For me personally, last version worked a lot better (no glitches at all) than this new version. problem after problem,🙄

well ... went back to see if there had been any response to the diminished daily features reported by myself and two others ... only to find the thread had been completely removed (discussion not found). so much for open discussions
I still have not had BGH. Maybe next weekend I hope.
My bubble gum hill yesterday wouldn't give me my hammers or lives kept saying no conection but it gave me the gold bars

I'm so sorry to hear the Bubblegum Hill hasn't been working properly for everyone this weekend. I have to say it worked fine in my game and I was so happy for that!
Of course we'll report the problems to the Studio today. Regarding the different energy levels required to play, @ipete , this is part of a test to find the perfect quantity. 😊

October 26 a post said it would be back at 830 Monday am till Thursday 830 am,it is November 2nd / 2020 Monday still no bubble gum hill these developers sure know how to mess things up. Why would you fix something that's not broken. I know every one including myself are really upset over these changes. If BGH doesnt return soon I will be uninstalling soda crush, I've been a loyal player for at least eight years and new people come in and try to change things to make more money and I have spent plenty on the old bubble gum hill. We should stop playing and it will push a Studio to bring back BBH. There is no interest to play if you don’t get any valuable busters. Majority of King games give you at least one buster per day.
I have stopped playing the only time I go to the game is to c if BGH will be there and as usual it isn't. I've played that arcade game and it's so boring. I'm at level 2800 but every thing is over challenging and BGH breaks the monotony and it's really fun. I agree with you every one let's boycott soda crush and all the king games until they start listening to the players that know what they like not all. Thank you for your opinion. ol120758

I think you continue to play too. Maybe you don't pay King for bonuses, boosters and lives. You just play for free.
And yes. I also want BGH to be returned to me. This is a very good function for a player who plays at maximum levels, because in this situation I have almost no place to get life.
