As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐
Did u check if u had it on any of the weekday?

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
I find it's not there when I first open the game, but after I play a level and then close that level and go back to the main screen, then it appears. Worth a try, really hoping it works for someone.
@Yosca try this...when you open the game app, don't press play yet. Click on played before? first. 🤞🤞🤞
I don't know what the fuss is about Bubblegum Hill.... seriously. Never played it before until I read all the cool things you could win , well, I'm obviously not destined to win anything, since I never get passed the bubblegum part! ha ha.
Same with Kimmy's Arcade.... won it once and that was it.... Obviously not for everyone to win
Strange things happen. All of a sudden I got BGH at 11:15 p.m. I win the throne, get my reward, and wait until I am dethroned. So I'm going to BGH just in case, see that I'm still on the throne click on go there now (to the regular levels) and poof BGH is gone. Got 3 gold bars but BGH is gone. I think someone at King keeps forgetting to do something 😕
I also tried what @renamifsud2 said, log out, log in and so on. This didn’t work, BUT I noticed when I was logged out, it started me of course at level 1 and there I had BGH....🤔

Logged in, no BGH and no Kimmy’s Arcade (only Arcade appears back later)
@ipete I tried logging out many times. Then suddenly around noon today it allowed me to play again.
My guess is that when I have a lot of timed boosters( through toffee fair, daily booster or team task); it blocks off BGH so that I don’t get to use these boosters in BGH.

@SevimHülyaGörgün I didn't get it at first, then I logged out, turn off my tablet, restart, and log in. Then BGH appeared! I have to keep doing that every time I played. Log out log in 10 times a day.
Why are you making a player distinction? Why don't we have Bubblegum hill?
I don't get lightning. First it took 50 to play, then 10, then 20, and now back to 50. I don't see a pattern at all. Does anyone have any thoughts?
Lucky her! I don't know why but the studio doesn't let all players have BGH. They keep saying be patient it will be your turn soon.
but try logging out, turn off device, and log back in to see if that helps.

I’m in 5028 level and not having bubble gum hill challenge for long time but my friend is in 257 level, she is having it. From discussions I have learned that other players also playing BGH. I’m confused and frustrated. Please explain and give me BGH challenge.
This new and improved version of BGH is sooooooo unpredictable! Great job studio! I think old version was more stable than this one. But don't take it away this time until you come up with another version, okay?

I had BGH last Saturday irregular for 2 hours and did not get it this weekend 😢. So last Saturday it used 50 of the energy every time I started BGH or lost the level and started over, and I got 5 energy back per 5 minutes... I conquered the throne 3 times in those 2 hours and could not try again because I still hadn’t at least 50 and BGH vanished again.☹️ I am so disappointed...
@Crazyforfun have you try logging out, turn off the device, and log back in? Sometime it worked for me.
Mine is different. First it took 50 then sometime 10 or 20 after. I don't understand it. But at least not 50 every time.

For now, the test is ongoing, and we have no new information on when the Hill will be available for everybody yet.

I do not want to list here what I do not have and would like to have. I just know not everyone can have it all. Unfortunately, that is the case. In some games I have to fight my way through, without which I have a lot of help.
