Daily bonus reset

Hi, my daily 30 minutes.

I was on 100 days yesterday (windows 10), today I'm back to day 1. I didn't play yesterday as I'm waiting for new levels, but I make sure to log on to keep my 30 minutes going.

Can you fix? Thanks

Hi @Bricorn I am sorry to hear that your daily bonus is reset to day 1😢. There are a number of reasons this reset might happen: device updates, the time you logged in, and one-time glitches may cause this. Then it will reset back to day 1. Your daily calendar progress cannot be restored but on day 7 you will be back to getting 2 hours  booster and 30 minutes life again.

You don't have to play, you do have to open the game & hit play to see the levels.

I'm blaming this connectivity issue, I definitely logged on, and got my daily bonus, but I'm guessing it didn't get to the server.

Device updates, login time, and one-time glitches may cause this. Then it will reset to the first day. Your daily progress in the calendar cannot be restored but on the seventh day you will get 2 hours of reinforcement and 30 minutes of life again.
