Game stuck but not frozen
Hi, I seem to be stuck at this screen (screenshot attached) in Candy Crush Soda. It's not frozen as the animation/sprites are still moving and music is playing, but I can't click on anything to progress the game. I haven't logged in to my account so I'm reluctant to clear the app data. I've also tried restarting the app/phone. What else can I try?

I have managed to sign in to my profile to sync my progress before deleting the app storage and re-logging in to reload my progress. Thanks!

Do u have more than 2GB of memory left?
Seem that ur phone not enough memory for the game application ...

I cannot access the video I'm afraid, but according to what you say in this thread, I would suggest you try the troubleshooting steps here.
If you should lose your levels, we can restore them (giving you an average score and 2 stars per level). The Gold Bars are stored in our system so you would not lose them either. However, Boosters and stored Lives might get lost in the process.

Delete the internal storage of the application, log out of the game, and log in
