Please uninstall and reinstall your game. Then please update and clear the cache and reopen it. It can take up to 10-15 minutes. Then open again. With the deinstalation, boosters and life can be lost, as it may not save your device. Please be aware of this. Good luck

Hi there, if you received the notification as below and as posted by Sukanta, it is still being investigated and in progress. It may be normal again after several times of logging in and out.

So try few times. If it still the same, stop playing for a while and come back to try again. It may work temporarily. I've done that before and it help a bit. But after playing for few days, the issue is back. So no guarantee but hopefully it can work out for you.
